Technology & Automation
We are exploring AI-assisted automation tools for digital service and document workflows — a separate research initiative built around our experience as a CSC operator.
AI-Assisted Automation for Digital Service Workflows
CSC operators and digital service providers routinely perform repetitive browser-based tasks — navigating government portals, filling forms, uploading documents, checking status, and generating outputs. Much of this work is manual and time-consuming for operators at scale.
We are exploring whether AI language models and browser automation can assist with these workflows in a controlled way — reducing repetitive effort while keeping sensitive actions under human oversight.
Technology Areas Under Research
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Document understanding, reasoning and workflow intelligence using LLMs.
Browser Automation
Controlled, supervised navigation of service portals — no credential bypass or CAPTCHA circumvention.
Document Processing
OCR, vision models and structured data extraction from scanned documents.
Human-in-the-Loop
All sensitive actions require human review. No fully autonomous decision-making for government or financial tasks.
What This Is Not
- CAPTCHA bypass software
- Credential harvesting or account scraping tools
- Unauthorized access to government systems
- A finished or commercially available product
- Affiliated with any government programme or ministry
